Panama City

April, 2010: If you’ve never done any diving in Panama City, Florida you are truly missing out. The Gulf of Mexico is home to some of the best wrecks and artificial reefs around. With the water warming up for Spring time, April is an excellent time of year for Gulf diving.
This is also a great time to sample some of the best freshwater diving in the Panhandle, by visiting either Vortex or Morrison Spring. And, if you still need to complete your open-water training dives, you can do them on this trip as well.
Who is This Trip Ideal For?

This may be the perfect trip if you:
- Are looking for an affordable, long-weekend getaway.
- Want to dive incredible wrecks.
- Need to complete open-water training dives.
- Want to experience the best of Florida Panhandle diving, including both fresh and salt water.
When Does It Take Place?

Here is the schedule:
- Friday: We drive down. This is about a 12-hour drive; carpooling saves money and makes the ride more fun.
- Saturday: We will dive either Vortex or Morrison Spring, then move on to Panama City.
- Sunday: Weather permitting), we will make a two-tank wreck dive.
How Much Does it Cost?

Pricing is $350 per diver. The trip fee is due at sign up.
What Is and Is Not Included?

The trip price includes:
- Three nights’ accommodations.
- Dive site admission and boat fees.
- Air fills.
Divers are responsible for:
- Transportation.
- Meals.
- All equipment.
- Any applicable open-water training fees.
