NAUI Young Aquatic Explorers

Starting at only 8 years old, young explorers can dive into the world of aquatic exploration by using the NAUI Young Aquatic Explorers program at the Louisville Dive Center as a stepping stone to getting scuba certified! Our program combines skill development with environmental awareness, providing a structured pathway for young learners to explore the underwater realm safely. Our certified instructors will guide the explorers through different explorations to gain the necessary skills to safely enter the underwater world! The program also emphasizes environmental education, fostering a sense of responsibility and stewardship for aquatic ecosystems. The skills that explorers gain can be used as building blocks to prepare them for their Junior Diver certification!

This program allows our explorers to be guided through their explorations with many marine friends, like clownfish, dolphins, sea turtles, seahorses, and otters! Each animal represents a different phase of learning that is necessary for successfully and safely entering the water as a young scuba diver! There are lots of fun attributes incorporated to make this engaging and educational for all that participate. We are so excited to be able to start the next generation of divers!
