The Refresher Course provides an excellent opportunity for divers to review essential diving skills under the assistance and supervision of a dive professional in a pool environment. This 1.5-hour course does not include certification; however, the instructor will sign and stamp your logbook to confirm recent dive activity. Please note, this is not an Open Instruction session. If you are interested in a student-led session, you can sign up here. 

Key focus areas include:

• Buoyancy control
• Clearing flooded masks
• Monitoring air supply
• Other fundamental skills

This class is recommended if:

• You were certified as an Open Water diver but haven't dived since.
• Your next dive is scheduled more than a few months after your last.
• You have fewer than 20 logged dives.
• You’ve been out of the water for 6-12 months.

Please note:

• A $50 fee will apply for no-shows or reschedules made within 48 hours of the course.
• All scuba gear is provided in the cost of this course.
• Don’t forget to bring your logbook for the instructor to sign, or you can request a log sheet at the retail shop!
