Master Scuba Diver

This course also provides a foundation of knowledge and skills for those interested in pursuing training in Technical Diving.

Upon successful completion, you’ll proudly hold the highly coveted Master Scuba Diver card, a respected certification in recreational diving.

PREREQUISITES
· Age. Minimum is 15 years by the water phase of the course.
· Certification as a NAUI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver or equivalent is required.
· Certification as NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver or equivalent is required.
- Students shall furnish and be responsible for the care and maintenance of their own equipment.
- In addition to a complete set of SCUBA equipment & personal gear, each student will need to have: a compass, DSMB or lift bag, reel or finger spool, appropriate lights for night diving, slates or wet notes purchased at their own expense.
- We can work with you on rentals of BCDs, regulators, and wetsuits during this time. Please note that we do not rent out dive computers.
- We will offer a one-time 10% discount for any gear purchased for this course.
- A printed copy of the Master SCUBA Diver manual is available at an additional cost.
- Students will be responsible for their open water site admissions, lodging & transportation.
- The course will consist of 3 classroom sessions, one pool session and a 3-day open water weekend. The class also has an eLearning component which should be completed before the Open Water Training sessions.

Please note:
- A $250 fee will apply for no-shows or reschedules made within 48 hours of the course.
- Students are required to provide their own gear, or rent from the Louisville Dive Center at the student's expense.
- Other required gear include: a compass, a DSMB or lift bag, a reel or finger spool, appropriate lights for night diving, and a slate or wet notes.
- All accommodations, transportation, park fees, and meals are NOT included in the price of this course.
